Office Cleaning packages

We offer office packages in order of what service you require, whether it be Daily, weekly/Fortnightly or Monthly. The types of package for offices will also depend on size. We can also tailor make our service to suit clients needs. Whether your office is small or large we have it covered! Package 1 includes our Daily service: (Can also do out of office hours)

Daily cleaning will consist of the absolute minimum tasks that must be completed in order to keep an office clean and sanitary for office workers. Daily cleaning will address communal areas of an office, including the reception/Lobby area, workspaces (offices or cubicles), Toilets and the break room or kitchen area.

Daily cleaning for an office/Reception, lobby and workspace areas include:

• Hoover all floor areas (including tile)

• Disinfect mopping of all hard floor and tiled areas

• Empty rubbish bins, wash as needed and add new linerswipe down all glass areas

• Dust and Disinfect All work surfaces

• Clean walls and painted surfaces as needed

• Wipe down door handles, light switches and baseboard

• Kitchen and Toilets/washrooms

• Empty waste bins, wash as needed and add new liners

• Hoover/mop and Disinfect/wipe down all hard surfaces

• Disinfect and clean all basins, toilets, doors and fixtures in washroom

• In the event of dishwasher, load all dishes present in dishwasher and run

• Wipe down all reflective surfaces including mirrors, brass and glass

• Disinfect the sides of all surfaces including toilets, doors, sinks and appliances.

Our Weekly and Monthly Office Package:

Will also include from Office package 1 with the following extras:

• Clean and polish all desks 

• Polish all electrical appliances and screens

• Empty fridge/freezer contents and disinfect.

• Hoover all skirting boards and ceiling corners.

Our fortnightly/Monthly Deep Clean Package  (Will also include Office Package 1&2) with the following extras:

• Clean and disinfect all skirting boards, Radiators, Vents and window sills in each room

• Clean inside of windows and any glass doors.

• Clean all interior doors.

• Clean kettle/microwave/oven if necessary

• Dust and polish shelving and its contents.

• Dust ceilings

• Clean inside any cupboards if required by owner.
